The General Affairs Department is responsible for identifying and inspecting potential safety hazards in public areas, including doors and Windows, lighting, roads and public facilities.
1.3 Ensure Everything
Bao is fully responsible for mold loading and unloading, equipment maintenance and repair, as well as the identification and investigation of potential hazards in safety circuits.
2 Implementation
The Manufacturing Department, General Affairs Department and Security Department conduct daily cyclic inspections in accordance with the corresponding "Safety Hazard Inspection Form". Hidden dangers found during the inspection process are solved immediately. The results of the inspection will be reported in the form of text or video to the "Management of Blind Spots for Safety Hazards" group.
3 Improvement
The identified safety hazards must be addressed immediately. Safety hazards can be improved through elimination, restriction, warning and labor protection.
